Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the commercial relationship between Maison Loucelle and its professional clients.

Quotes and Orders

Every order is preceded by a custom quote based on the project specifications. Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. The order is confirmed by written acceptance of the quote and payment of the deposit.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in each quote. They generally require a deposit upon order and the balance before shipping.

Production Lead Times

Indicated lead times are estimates established at the time of order. Any exceptional delay will be communicated as soon as possible.

Delivery

Delivery is carried out according to the Incoterms specified in the quote (DAP, DDP, EXW depending on the project). Transfer of risks occurs according to the agreed Incoterms.

Warranty

Our luminaires come with a 2-year warranty covering manufacturing defects, under normal conditions of use and installation by a qualified professional.

Intellectual Property

All designs, models and creations are the property of Maison Loucelle or its partner workshops. Any reproduction is prohibited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the law applicable at the publisher's headquarters. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent jurisdiction.
